How 2chat works

Three players: the venue, the people who join and their phones. Nobody has to install anything.

For the venue

1. Sign up: pick the address of your chat, upload your logo and write a short welcome.
2. Set where you are: from the venue tap “Use my location” and choose the radius and how many hours people stay in.
3. Create themed rooms: the “Everyone” room is already there.
4. Print the QR code for tables, bar and entrance.
5. Moderate: see who is in, remove messages, send people away, read reports.

For guests

1. Scan the QR code: the venue’s chat opens.
2. Enter your email and the six-digit code you receive, choose the name to show and confirm you are an adult.
3. Turn on location: see who is near you, with the distance.
4. Chat in themed rooms or privately.
5. Leave with one tap, or automatically after a few hours: your location is deleted.
