Your venue’s chat: who’s nearby, themed rooms, private messages

A bar on match night, a venue with live music, a trade fair, a company event, a party: guests scan the QR code on the table and instantly see who is near them, with the distance. They join themed rooms, write to everyone or privately to one person. No app, adults only.

Why 2chat

  • One QR code, no app: scan with the camera and you are in. Works on Android, iPhone and computers.
  • Who is near you: the people in the venue with their approximate distance, closest first.
  • Themed rooms: “Match”, “Music”, “Singles”, “Aperitivo”… created by the venue, everyone joins the ones they like.
  • Private messages: write to one person, who can reply, block or report.
  • Only people who are really there: you can only join near the venue and you leave automatically after a few hours.
  • The venue moderates: it removes messages, sends away troublemakers and reads the reports.

Privacy first

Others only see your chosen name and a rounded distance: never your email, never your exact spot on a map. Your location is kept only while you are in the venue and deleted when you leave. Messages delete themselves after 7 days.

How to start

  1. Sign up your venue: in two minutes you have your chat, 2chat.it/l/yourname.
  2. Set where the venue is and create themed rooms.
  3. Print the QR code and put it on tables, the bar and the entrance.
